EducationMechatronic products are unique in that they involve an interdisciplinary way to conceptual designing, which is not typical in the tertiary education system. The current educational approach focuses on engineering discipline specialisation, e.g. mechanical engineering studies, or electrical engineering studies, or computer science and information technology studies. |
IMEDA develops a new educational approach, which incorporates self-study, open technologies and group collaboration within existing educational schemata. The aim is to help existing educational institutions evolve as to meet the requirements for education in a globally networked world.
